We hope you are as excited as we are that this year's International Film Festival is here! This festival began in 2008 as an event to showcase the art and talent of international filmmakers to audiences in Southern New Jersey. Because of your support, we have grown into the premier international film festival in our area of New Jersey. This film festival is an opportunity for the Jewish Federation to provide an artistic program for the whole community, introducing festival-goers to the universality of Jewish and Israeli themes. We also welcome the opportunity to partner with our community sponsors and with the Levoy Theater to bring this festival to life.
This year's lineup includes the thought-provoking film Felix and Meira, a drama from Canada, Bogowie, a medical biopic from Poland and the french film, The Jewish Cardinal. We are also pleased to be showing Great Beauty, one the most cinematically beautiful films of recent years.
